Mrs. Patricia L.(McCarthy) Bragalone, age 81, died Monday evening, May 9th, 2011, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford, after a brief illness. Born in Somerville, MA, Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Bragalone and the devoted daughter of the late Helen Josephine (McFadden) and Cornelius J. McCarthy. A life long Medford resident, Patricia attended St. James Grammar school and graduated in 1946 from Medford High School. Patricia worked for over 20 years as a Saleswoman, selling dresses for Sears and Roebuck Co. She married Joseph Bragalone in 1960, and was together until he died in 2009. They loved to travel, but only by car. She never liked to fly. Most of all she enjoyed being with her loving family, especially her three loving grandchildren.
