Mrs. Patti McDonald Adams, 46, of Barbourville, the widow of Billy Ray Adams Jr., passed away Monday evening, January 25, 2015 at the Barbourville ARH Hospital.
Her funeral service will be conducted at the First Baptist Church Barbourville Saturday, January 30 at 2 P.M. She will be laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church Friday between 5 and 9 P.M. and Saturday after 11 A.M. until the funeral hour.
Patti requested that in lieu of flowers and gifts, contributions be made to Brenna’s College Fund in care of First Baptist Church Barbourville, 201 N Main Street, Barbourville, KY 40906.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
