The funeral for Diane L. McGann Barnes, 59, will be at 2:00 PM Monday, July 1, 2013, at Cedar Ridge Wesleyan Church, with Rev. Max Colaw officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday afternoon 4:30 to 6:00 PM at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Diane was born to Lyle and Lydia Jones McGann on February 22, 1954, in Enid, and passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013, in Oklahoma City.

Diane grew up in Enid and attended Carrier High School. She was a nature lover and especially loved her animals. She will be remembered for her very creative talent.

She is survived by a son, Shawn Barnes and wife Noriyo, of Roseville, California; daughter Angela Barnes of San Juan, Puerto Rico; two grandchildren, Akio Alexander and Sakura Marina Barnes; brother Justin McGann and wife Melissa of Enid; two sisters, Patricia Wayman of Tulsa, and Sharon Parker of Norman; two step-sisters, Renee Hamrick of Springfield, MO and Lanette Vigil, of Enid.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents.
