Mary A. Jackson, a native of Picayune, MS and a resident of Prichard, AL was born November 9, 1942, departed this life Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucy McNair and father Luther McNair, two brothers, Luther, Jr. and Robert Lewis McNair.

She leaves to cherish her memories two children Christine Jackson, of Mobile, AL and Elbert Jackson of Atlanta, GA. Two Grandchildren, two brothers, Eugene McNair of Mobile, AL and Willie Andrews, of Chicago, IL. One sister, Ruth Husband of Pearl River, MS, Two Aunts Cora M. Brown and Alma Burford of Mobile, AL. One Devoted Friend, Thomasine Moore of Prichard, AL. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday, from 9:00 AM til the 11 O'Clock funeral hour @ White Stone Missionary Baptist Church, 1015 Mobile Street, Mobile, AL 36617. Bishop Joe Bonner-Bey, Officiating, Rev. Albert Jackson, Pastor. Interment will be in Gethsemene Cemetery on Mobile Street. Final Arrangements under the Care attention of Tri-State Mortuary, Inc. 2303 Halls Mill Road, Mobile, AL 36606.
