Allan Glenn Meade (1934-2012)


DENISON – Allan passed away at the age of 77. He went peacefully in his sleep at home. Allan worked for Kwik Set for many years. After retirement, he enjoyed working in his shop, making all kinds of woodworks for his family and friends. He was a loving husband, brother, father, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Meade; brothers Eugene, Nelson and Roger; sisters Joann and Sandy; daughter Wanda; sons Keith, Allan and Mike; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Allan wanted his body to be donated to science. No services will be held.

The family suggests memorials to Southwestern Medical Center, 5323 Harry Hines Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75390-9143.
