ARPIN — Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Hansen Chapel, Marshfield, for Billy A. Meitner, 15. Route 1, Arpin. He died at 3:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. He had been ill since birth.
The Rev. Paul E. Nelson, a Protestant chaplain, will officiate and burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Pittsville. Music will be provided by Bernhart Denniston.
Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today and until time of services Sunday.
Billy was born June 11, 1963 in Wisconsin Rapids. He attended Marshfield schools. He had resided with the Kermit Noth family at Arpin the past nine years.
He is survived by his father, Franklin Meitner of Marshfield; his mother, Mrs. Beatrice Meitner of Des Moines, Iowa; two sisters, Miss Bernice Meitner of Marshfield and Miss Belle Meitner of Arpin; one brother, Brian Meitner of Marshfield; one half sister, Mrs. Leon (Delores) Johnson of Arpin; one half brother, Francis C. Meitner of Arpin; and maternal grandfather, Thomas Perry of Wisconsin Rapids. One half brother predeceased him.
