The daughter of William Reilly and Anne Mesner, she was born December 30, 1919 in New York City. Margaret was the widow of Peter Lynn. She was a member of the Blue and Gold Seniors, Blooming Grove Seniors, she delivered meals on wheels for many years, and was very active at St. Joseph's Convent.
She is survived by her son, Peter Lynn of Margate, FL; daughter, Patricia and Walter Pohle; grandchildren, Rosie and Ronnie Varagnolo, Diane Sander, Kathy Alvarez, Peter and Arceli Lynn, Dawn and Al Schaffer, and Chris Pohle; great-grandchild, Lori Carballo, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, William, Frank, and Edward Reilly; also three sisters, Mary Guth, Anna Henry, and Rose Reilly.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 4, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 N. St., Washingtonville, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 5, at 10 a.m. at the St. Mary's Church, Washingtonville, NY. Burial will be in Gates of Heaven Cemetery, in Valhalla.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the country kids food pantry, PO Box 64, Salisbury Mills, NY 12577.
