Ester's parents moved to Everett, WA, where she graduated from Everett High School in 1948, where she met her future husband, Jack A. DeBoer, Sr. They were married in 1948.
Ester was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack; brother, Ernie Miller; son, Robin DeBoer, and companion, Bob McKnight.
She is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Paul (Joe); and a son, Jack A. DeBoer Jr.; sister, June Anderson; four grandchildren, Gary Ensign (Mandy), Susie Maudlin (Kenny), Monte DeBoer (Ryan), and Jodie Groves (David); five great-grandchildren, Austin and Kylie Groves and Kenneth, Chelsea, and Kyle Maudlin; and her two beloved Boston Bull Terriers, "Roxy" and "Buttons."
Ester will be laid to rest at Cypress Lawn at a private family graveside service. Arrangements are under the care of Solie Funeral Home, Everett, WA.
