Boyce Etheridge Miller, Jr. -MCDONOUGH - Mr. Boyce Etheridge Miller, Jr., age 82, of McDonough, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at the Henry Medical Center. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 3, 2005 at 2P.M. from Riverside Cemetery in Macon, Georgia. Rev. Hal McNeely will officiate. -Mr. Miller was born February 22, 1923 in Macon, Georgia to the late Boyce E. Miller, Sr. and the late Elizabeth Johnston Miller. He graduated from Lanier High School of Macon, served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corps, and was a member of the McDonough Presbyterian Church. "Bunny", as he was known to his friends, was an avid RV camper, was a private pilot, and enjoyed antique car and airplane restoration. -Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Mathews Miller of McDonough; sons and daughters-in-law, Boyce E. Miller III and Elise Miller of Americus, Thornton Mathews "Matt" Miller and Sarah Miller of Avondale Estates; daughter, Carolyn Louise Miller of Stockbridge; sisters, Doris Hoke, Eugenia Hansen and Ann Avirett, all of Macon; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews. -Haisten Funeral Home of McDonough, 770-914-8833.
