Mr. Miller was born in Dublin, Georgia before moving to the Macon area. He was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps, serving during the Vietnam War, and was retired from Continental Can Company in Perry. Mr. Miller was also a member of Gateway Fellowship Church of God. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Miller. He was also preceded in death by his father, Ray Miller, and his brother, Frank Miller.
Survivors include his mother, Emma Lou Miller of Macon; his daughter, Shannon (John) McCloud of Valdosta; two sons, Tony Northcutt of Macon and Robert Northcutt of Arizona; three sisters, Virginia McGuire of Warner Robins, Annie Lou Secrest and Edna Miller, both of Covington; six grandchildren, one great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
