Mabel was born March 24, 1909 in Ash County, North Carolina to Jess and Ada (Speaks) Miller. She married Orville Luthi in September 1937 in Twin Falls. Mabel enjoyed fishing and hunting with her husband. She also liked to sew and work in her garden. Survivors include a sister, Nellie R. Comstock of California; Sister-in-law Lela Miller of Boise; many nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors. The family would like to thank special neighbors Pam and Kevin Beckwith, Dennis and Kristen Ahern, and Jackie and Bodie Bodenhamer.
