Albert J. Mirabal, age 83, long time Tucumcari resident, passed away in Clovis, NM on Friday, December 30, 2016 following an extended illness.
Albert was born May 24, 1933, at Pastura, NM. He had been a farmer all of his life.
Surviving him is his wife, Priscilla of the home at Tucumcari. His children; Rose Quintana of Tucumcari and Albert T. Mirabal of Hugoton, KS. Seven Grandchildren and nine Great-grandchildren. Also, are his siblings; Lucy Kirby, Jane Anaya and Toni Chavez.
Graveside services celebrating his life were Monday, December 2, 2017 at the Newkirk Cemetery at Newkirk, NM, beginning at 1:00 PM. Pall bearers are Dominic, Matthew and Joseph Quintana, Quinten and Michael Mirabal and Casey Gonzales. Honorary bearers are Charlie Moya, Ralph Moya, Howard Moya, Corey and Nichole Mirabal. Burial followed in the family plot of the Newkirk Cemetery.
