Calogera (Monaco) was the fifth of 05 children born in Salaparuta, Sicily, Italy to Anthony Monaco AND Alice (Giacomo Loria) ((Monaco)):

1. Domenico/Dominick Monaco; b 1863 OR 08-24-1862; d 01-31-1915 KC, MO. Believed to have immigrated to America ABOUT 1902, perhaps on the SS Manilla, w/son Antonio/Anthony Monaco and daughter Alice Monaco. His wife Anna (Corso) and another daughter refused to 'cross the waters' and remained in Italy.

2. Vincent Monaco; originally stayed in Italy, then came to America, with two sons.

3. Anthony Monaco; stayed in Italy - no other info

4. Joseph Monaco; believed to have stayed in Sicily, Italy; - no other info on Joseph but a daughter came to America and settled in Donaldsonville, LA.

5. Calogera Monaco, 39161060; b 05-10-1868; d 03-27-1912 Kansas City, MO., USA; married Pietro Bivona; 28795720; b 08-30-1862 OR 1861 Salaparuto, Sicily, Italy; d 08-14-1917 KC MO. Calogera AND Pietro had 09 children (see BELOW).
END 05 children of Anthony AND Alice Monaco.
