Dorothy Ellen Lively, age 88, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Caverna Memorial Hospital in Horse Cave, KY. She was a retired Executive Director with the Department of Agriculture, a member of the Munfordville Womans Club and a member of Munfordville Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Carl Moneypenny and the late Ella Tharp Moneypenny. She is survived one cousin Jack Embry (Brenda) of Bonnieville, KY and several special friends, Della Evans, Betty Blevins, Jean Custer & Bonnie Meredith. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, January 31, 2012 and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. John Smith officiating. Interment will be at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery, Munfordville, KY. Brooks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
