Mary M. Apodaca - Pueblo Chieftain - July 18, 2006 - Mary M. Apodaca, 80, passed away July 16, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Apodaca; grandson, Shawn Michael Apodaca; parents, Joe and Rose Montano; siblings, Josie, Angie and Fred. She is survived by her children, Rick (Elaine) Apodaca, Robert (Annabelle) Apodaca, Kathy (Mike) Fatta, Michael (Lydia) Apodaca; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Sara Rodriguez; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends. Mary was a foster grandmother at Beulah Heights Elementary School. She also was a member of the Ladies of Mary at Holy Family Church. There will be no public viewing; cremation has taken place. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Thursday, July 20, 2006, Holy Family Church, followed by inurnment at Roselawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's memory to the Diabetes Foundation through the funeral home office.
