David Odell Moore, 26, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2003, at Greenville Memorial Hospital following a short illness.

Born in Greenville, a son of David Leon Moore Jr. and Connie Marie Landreth. David was employed by Metromont and attended Riverview Baptist Church.

Surviving are his parents; two children, Destiny Hooper and David Sebastian Moore; grandparents, Martha Jean Brooks and Lena Turner; a brother and a sister, Andrew Landreth and Nicole Landreth, both of Greenville; and three uncles and two aunts, Kenneth Turner, Perry Moore, Robin Moore, Pam Bishop and Jean Moore. Predeceased: a sister, Carrie Freeman; and grandfathers, David Leon Moore Sr. and Odell Turner.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003, at Riverview Baptist Church, 118 Old Pendleton Road, Greenville. Funeral services will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at Coleman Cemetery, Travelers Rest. The family will be at the homes of David Moore Jr. and Lena Turner.

Palmetto Funeral Service, Greenville, is serving the Moore family.
