Cynthia Renee was born Cynthia Renee Peel; while still a very young child she was loved and cherished by her Mother, her bonus Dad, Royce Glenn Moorehead *Find A Grave Memorial 92657137*, her siblings, and her extended families. Later in life, Cindy made the choice to be known by another cherished family surname, Chandler; perhaps because she had buried her much loved only child, William Rhea Goodwin Peel, altering her own name to another of her family names was part of her healing process.
