Miles – Nobles Funeral Home announces the death of Felicia (nee Morano) Driggers, 67, who passed away peacefully with her family at her side on November 24, 2014. She was born to Nicholas and Josephine Morano and was raised in Ardsley, NY. She was a graduate of Ardsley High School.
She was pre-deceased by her late husband, Charles A. Driggers. She was the beloved mother of Leon Morano (Cindy), Frank Stokes (Robin), Stephanie Capalbo and Charles Driggers; step-mother of Dan Driggers and deeply loved sister of Michael Morano (Dale) and Nicholas Morano (Beth). A loving grandmother to Logan Stokes and Frankie Stokes and also a loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Felicia was a warm, loving, giving woman, who was generous and kind to everyone she met. She loved a good joke and always had a twinkle in her eye. She opened her heart and home to family and friends. She spent every day with her children and grandchildren-always loving and caring for them.
Felicia enjoyed bowling, music, dancing, living life and having fun, especially sharing it all with the people she loved most. She was an amazing cook and baker. She baked professionally, while managing Bills Donuts in Vidalia, Georgia.
Felicia was brave and strong and faced life’s challenges with strength, courage and positivity. She will always be remembered for her fierce love of all her family.
