NEW IBERIA – Funeral Services will be conducted for Mr.Henry George "Penny' Mouhot, age 75, at 1:00 pm Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Evangeline Funeral Home with Fr. Charles Langlois officiating.
Interment will be held at Holy Family Mausoleum with military honors by VFW Post #1982.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am Saturday until service time.
A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Mouhot passed away at 6:40 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Iberia Medical Center.
He is survived by his nieces Jennifer Mouhot Favaron and husband Michael of Baton Rouge and Annette Mouhot Buchbinder and husband Robert of Powell, Ohio; nephew, Mathieu Mouhot and wife Stephanie of Baton Rouge; great nieces and nephews, Jasmine Mouhot, Thomas Mouhot, Nash Buchbinder, Emma Buchbinder and Adele Buchbinder; great great niece, Neveah Carrier and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Emile and Rose Guillot Mouhot and two brothers, Richard Louis Mouhot and Kenneth Guillot Mouhot.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
