Our loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away peacefully early Saturday, July 4, 2015 at her residence with her loving family at her side. Age 85 years. The daughter of the late Herbert and Gertrude (Wendt) Mueller was born on September 2, 1929 in Bay City, MI and has remained a lifelong resident. Margery was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, served as a chair of the offering committee and was a member of the altar guild. She worked for many years at Dr. McFarland’s office and a variety of other places over the years. Margery had a great love for her family, she lived a rich full life, was always happy, she enjoyed her life at the beach, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Margery devoted many hours volunteering with the Close Knit Hugs Group, United Way and the Meals on Wheels Program. She was one of the biggest fans of Detroit Tigers Baseball, also enjoyed knitting, traveling, fishing and gardening.

On July 30, 1954 she married her husband of 59 years, Robert J. Des Jardins who was her best friend and confidant and he passed away December 24, 2013.
