Irene T. Baldwin, 89, of Matawan, passed away Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel.
She was born in Scotland and has been a lifelong resident of Matawan.
She was a homemaker and a communicant of St. Clement Roman Catholic Church, Matawan.
She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Irene is predeceased by her dear siblings, James Murphy and Mary Holtz.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Roscoe Baldwin; her loving children, Dale R. Baldwin and his wife, April of Belford, Sharyn Pinter and her fiancé, Frank Schaufele of Red Bank, and Terry Baldwin and his wife, Chris of King George, Va.; nine cherished grandchildren; and six precious great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25 at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport; and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, with an 11 a.m. service at the funeral home. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Keyport.
