Born in 1960 in Philadelphia, Tricia was the daughter of Pat(Farrell) and George Needham of Bensalem.
She was a lifelong resident of the greater Philadelphia area. She graduated from Archbishop Ryan High School and from LaSalle University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and an MBA in France.
Tricia later earned her CPA.
She was the co-owner-operator, with her husband, of their family business, Waste Connections in Exton since 1997.
In addition to her parents, Tricia is survived by her loving husband, Craigg E. Cody; and her beloved children, Quentin M. Cody and Shann V. Cody. She also is survived by her siblings, Jane Andrews, George Needham, Jack Needham and Denise Reinholt and their families; and her mother-in-law, Vera Cody. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Thomas E. Cody.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral Mass at 11 a. m. at St. Elizabeth Church, 100 Fellowship Rd., Chester Springs, Pa. Calling hours will be from 6-9 p. m. Friday and from 9-10:15 a m. Saturday at the Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown, Pa. Interment will be held privately at a later date by request of the family.
Tricia's family wishes to especially thank all those who cared for and prayed for her during the progression of her illness. They are requesting no flowers and encouraging that memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
