Carolyn A. Brenner, 58, died Sunday, February 18, 2007 at Colonial Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of Robert L. Brenner of York.

Born June 8, 1948, in York, she was the daughter of Elsie M. (Pittinger) Ness of York and the late Harold E. Ness.

Mrs. Brenner was an aide in the healthcare field. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by two sons, David A. and his wife, Gayle Brenner of York and Matthew A. Brenner and his wife, Kimberly Logsdon-Brenner of Tampa, Fla. She was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne A. Ness.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at the Etzweiler Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1111 E. Market Street York with the Rev. Richard B. Starr officiating. A visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
