Charlotte L. Frey, 76, of Washington Boro, formerly of Lancaster, died on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at the Essa Flory Hospice Center. She had last worked as a sales clerk for Nissley Vineyards. She was the companion of the late Gerald B. Brewer, who died in 2004.
Born in Wrightsville, she was the daughter of the late David O. and Minnie (Meyers) Ness.
Surviving are two sons, Derek J. married to Sylvia A. Frey of Washington Boro and Kevon B. Frey of Felton and four grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held at the Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home, 320 Blue Rock Road, Route 999, Millersville, PA 17551, on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 4 PM (Visitation 3:30-4 PM).
