NESS, Agnes Dick, 93, of Tampa, passed away July 11, 2005, at The Grand Court of Tampa. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Bess Ness, and her sister, Lou Ella. She is survived by many cousins including Emmett Bittick, and Louva "Peggy" Presnell and husband, Bruce, of Tampa. Agnes had a master's degree from Teacher's College at Columbia in the field of guidance and personnel. She specialized professionally in oral deaf education for more than 35 years. During vacations, Agnes traveled the world extensively. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 23, 2005, at Manhattan Avenue United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jeffrey Thomas will officiate. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at The Grand Court and the nurses of LifePath Hospice. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to LifePath Hospice.
