Ruth Newhouse Burdette, 85, of Tuppers Creek, Charleston, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, March 21, 2004, at home after an extended illness.
She was a member of Silas Gospel Tabernacle of Tuppers Creek.
Surviving are sons, Uklet, James, and Kenton Burdette, all of Tuppers reek, and Roger Burdette of Legg Fork; daughters, Beulah Jones of Advent an Lillie Bostic of Kenna; sisters, Emeline Argarbrite of Clendenin, Elizabeth
Shivley both of Charleston; two grandchildren, Jennifer Deal, and Jeffery Paul Board; two great-grandchildren, Makala Morgan Deal and Andrew Chase Deal.
