Mrs. Ella Everett, wife of William J. Everitt, died Friday night at the family residence southwest of Vienna, after months of intense suffering with sarcoma. She was a real Christian, a devoted wife and mother, whose highest aim in life was the Golden Rule in its fullest sense. Besides her husband, she is survived by five sons, Fred, Harley, Floyd, Charles and Claude Everitt, and two daughters, Mrs. Lula Mount, of California, and Mrs. Mattie Robbins, of Scottsburg. the funeral was held Sunday at the Vienna M.E. Church, with burial at the Scottsburg cemetery.
