Mrs. Bingham passed away June 2, 2010, following a short rehabilitation process at the Navasota Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLP. Louise was born September 12, 1927, to Jerry O'Toole and Ethel Laraway O'Toole, in Manila, Philippines. Her father served in the United Stated military and the family stayed in the Philippines during the WWII Japanese occupation at which time her father was taken prisoner of war. Upon his release at the end of the war, the United States government evacuated the family to the San Francisco Bay area where her father passed shortly after the family's arrival. She married Cecil Bingham on June 8, 1952 and the couple settled on a ranch in Stockton, California where they had a large egg production facility and Louisa began her lifetime career as an electrical estimator and did many projects with the United States Corp of Engineers. During this time, the couple also welcomed three children into their home: Karen, Gregory, and Jerry. Brand of Waller, TX; sons, Gregory Bingham of Gilbert, AZ and Jerry Bingham of Cleveland, TX; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Josephine Mardian of Yakima, WA and Mary Pilker of Oakland, CA.
