Catherine "Kay" Moss, 86 of North Charleroi, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 in the Flo Personal Care, Roscoe. She was born February 10, 1926 in Charleroi, a daughter of the late James and Anna Engel Palfrey. Kay was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church Parish in Charleroi, a former member and past-president of the Lock#4 Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the "Red Hat Ladies". She retired from TCI Cable TV Co. After her retirement she was an employee for the Walt Disney Corp. in Orlando, FL. Surviving is her husband William D. Moss, her son James W. Moss, Sr. and his wife Linda of Fallowfield Twp., two grandchildren Capt. James W. Moss, Jr. and Jamie Moss; one brother Robert C. Palfrey of Denver, CO; In addition to her parents Kay was preceded in death by her sister Norma Jean Reardon and brother James E. Palfrey. Friends will be received Thursday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi.
