Minerva B. Austin Dies At Age 93 - A Modesto resident since 1918, Minerva Bella Austin, 93, died in a local rest home yesterday following an extended illness.
Born In Iowa, she was the widow of the late Malcolm Austin.
Survivors include five children, David Ware of Minnesota, Zelphia Healey and Flaven Green of Modesto, Geneve Fleurey and Elaine Brown of Empire; and a brother, Ben Palmer of Minnesota.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in the Franklin & Downs Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Marriages: (1) James Harvey Ware, December 30, 1891, probably in Minnesota (2) Joseph B. Green, between 1918 & 1920, probably in Modesto, California (3) Malcolm Calvin Austin, between 1930 & 1934, probably in Modesto, California
