Diana A. Paulosky, 85, of Girardville, passed away peacefully Monday morning at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill E. Norwegian Street.
Born in Connerton, she was a daughter of the late Alex and Antose Zatavasky Chernick.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church, Girardville, Worship Center of St. Charles Borromeo Parish.
Diana loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing with her family. She had been a Cub Scout den mother of Troop 174, Girardville, for 20 years, a Pennsylvania Game Commission hunter safety instructor for 25 years and belonged to the Auburn boat club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent J. Paulosky, in 1991.

Diana is survived by her daughter, Karen Ives, Girardville; two sons, Mark and his wife, Beth Paulosky, Clementon, N.J., and Michael and his wife, Maureen Paulosky, Ashland; a sister, Lillian Jenks, Reading; four grandchildren, Carrie, Amber, Vincent and Heather; five great-grandchildren, Cayden, Penny, Kali, Garnet and Liam.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Girardville, with the Rev. Paul Rothermel celebrating. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery, Frackville. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at St. Vincent de Paul Church.
