She was born Jan. 17, 1930, in Talihina to John and Lillie Green Stewart and died Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Enid Senior Care Center.
She was raised and educated in Shafler, Calif.
She married Edward L. Peaker March 12, 1960, in Las Vegas. They lived in California until 1979, when they moved to Shawnee. In 1992, they moved to Enid. He died Aug. 8, 2001.
Surviving are two sons, Alan Musgrove of Enid and Donnie Musgrove of Campoc, Calif.; one daughter, Michelle Harrison of Florida; three stepbrothers, Jimmy, Jackie and Jerry Peaker of Pryor; one stepsister, Marilyn Mooney of Bakersfield, Calif.; two sisters, Mary Hooper and Adele Rice, both of Royle Grande, Calif.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Edward, she was preceded in death by two daughters, two sons, three sisters and four brothers.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, children's cancer research.
