Rosemary Perry Bledsoe
November 19, 1952 - February 25, 2012
Rosemary Perry Bledsoe, 59, of 268 Old Airport Road, Whitmire, SC died Saturday, February 25, 2012 at her residence.
Mrs. Bledsoe was born on November 19, 1952, a daughter of Rudelle Hite Perry and the late Royce Kistler Perry.
Rosemary worked many years as a nursing assistant at Newberry County Memorial Hospital and enjoyed gardening and fishing. She was a loving mother and grandmother and especially treasured spending time with her granddaughter, Addison.
In addition to her mother of Johnston, Rosemary is survived by her children, Lauren, Lindsey, Wil and Garrick Bledsoe all of Whitmire; granddaughter, Addison Bledsoe, sister, Alice Dawn (Grig) Herlong of Saluda, brother, George Perry of Summerville; and faithful companion and best friend, Barry McDaniel. She was predeceased by a brother, Royce "Buzz" Perry, Jr.
Funeral services were conducted at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday at Friendship Baptist Church by the Rev. Wayne Tobias. Interment did follow at 3:00 PM at Sunset Gardens Memorial Park in Johnston.
Visitation was from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, at Whitaker Funeral Home, Newberry.
