Her family lived in Washington DC during the 1920s, before moving back to Wilkes Barre PA. Dorothy married Clarence Gregg on December 23 1933 in Washington DC. In 1940, she was living in Arlington VA and was a Telephone Operator for the US Federal Trade Commission.
