Albert Edward Plaxton II, 80, passed away June 29, 2002, at home. He was born Aug. 6, 1921, in Perry, Okla. He lived in California for 77 years and in Victorville for 18 years. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Beverly of Victorville; four sons, Paul Stephens of Yucaipa, Joel Timothy of Placerville, Jonathan David of Ontario and Albert Edward III of Victorville; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be held Friday at Calvary Chapel Community Church, 15081 Center St. in Victorville. Burial will be at Victor Valley Memorial Park in Victorville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Teen Challenge, P.O. Box 5039 Riverside, CA 92517. Victor Valley Mortuary is handling arrangements.
