She expressed hope in Christ and united with St. Stephen P.B. Church. Frances always loved her church and it always showed in her praises unto the Lord. Frances was a very active member in the Bright Star Social Club.
She leaves to cherish her memory a very devoted companion of thirty-five years, Mr. Elbert Sanders of Decatur, Ala.; two sons, Donnie L. Aldridge Sr. (Cheryl) and Ronnie B. Aldridge, Sr. (Felecia) both of Decatur, Ala.; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a mother, Mrs. Verlee Gray of Decatur, Ala.; six brothers, Eddie Lee Pointer of Louisville, Ky., John Pointer (Gladys), Bruce Pointer (Silvia), Leeman Pointer, James Pointer, Jessie L. Pointer (Jean) all of Decatur, Ala.; six sisters, Christine Lyle, Fannie Mae Pointer, Mary Ann Pointer, Bertha L.
