Anchorage resident Regnal Kermit "Tex" Pollock, 58, a former automobile mechanic, died Oct. 17 at Providence Hospital. A visitation was held at Kehl's Forest Lawn Chapel with a funeral following. Burial was at Anchorage Memorial Park.
Mr. Pollock was born March 31, 1934, in Gatesville, Texas. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and spending time at his cabin. He moved to Alaska in 1969 and settled in Anchorage. Mr. Pollock was preceded in death by his father, Henry, and brother, Royal.
He is survived by his wife, Joan of Anchorage; his sons, Reggie of Anchorage, and Michael of California; his daughter, Theresa of Anchorage; his mother, Eurap of Anchorage; his brother, John of Minnesota; six grandchildren; and many other relatives.
