MRS. LUCINDA ARCHER
OF GALENA IS DEAD

Galena, Kan., June 27.—Mrs. Lucinda Archer, 67 years old, widow of the late E. B. Archer, died at noon today at her home, 821 Joplin street. Death resulted from a complication of diseases. She had been in ill health several years and had been bedfast the last two weeks.

Mrs. Archer had been a Galena resident fifty years. She and her husband had lived In Joplin four years and had moved to Wichita a short time before his death in June, 1930. Following his death, Mrs. Archer returned to Galena to reside.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 o'clock Friday morning at the Methodist Episcopal church, with the Rev. R. L. Kuhns, pastor, and the Rev. S. F. Stephens of Neosho in charge. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery. Pallbearers will be Harry C. Smith, Charles W. Harger and H. L. Longacre of Joplin and T. C. Senter, Lou Soulen and June Kibler.
