Note: The 1850 census at Cairo gives Samuel's birth place as New York, but George's death rec states he was b. Massachusetts. Samuel and Cornelia were at Cairo in 1820 with 3 females and 1 male in the home. It appears when Tara Rumph, Cairo Town Clerk, and Sylvia Hasenkopf were working on recs found, they could only go back as far as 1883. If Samuel was b. Massachusetts, these families are going back to Bridgewater and Middleborough. ❥ This memorial can be transferred to family.
