Valerie J. Prince Law, 58, passed away January 8, 2015 after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will greet friends Monday night from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.support.woundedwarriorproject.org.
Mrs. Law was born in Macon, Georgia to the late James and Louise Burke Prince and is preceded in death by two brothers, C.B. Prince and James C. Prince Jr. She was retired as an Outsource Manager for GE and was a member of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Law was a past member of Eastern Star, enjoyed reading, watching crime shows, and was an avid Florida State University fan.
Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Bill Law; daughter, Elizabeth (Riley) McGuire; brothers, Lewis (Linda) Prince, Joe (Debbie) Prince, and Robert (Lisa) Prince; and sister, Mary Wood.
Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery have charge of arrangements.
