She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace T. Lyons, parents, Jesse and Cornelia Prugh, two sisters, Mary Louise Prugh and Irene Prugh and one brother and sister-in-law Chester and Hattie Prugh. She is survived by a cousin, Virginia Ryan of Dayton and a niece, Henrietta Meeks of KY.
