Molly Kurstin Prugh, 31, of Burlington, died Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the Great River Hospice House, West Burlington, Iowa .

She was born August 6, 1979 in Burlington, the daughter of Robert Burton and Joanne Kathryn Beckman Prugh. Molly is survived by her parents of Burlington, one sister, Lindsay Kathryn (John) Fruehling of Burlington; one nephew, Coulter John Fruehling; two nieces Hannah Grace Fruehling and Ava Kathryn Fruehling all of Burlington. Three aunts, Barbara (Tim) Farrell of Burlington, Pat Weiland also of Burlington and Patience Schram of Longmont, Colorado. Two uncles, John (Maureen) Beckman of Waterloo, Iowa and Tom Beckman of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, cousins and many caregivers and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Grace and Edward Beckman and Marjorie and Burton Prugh Sr.

She made her home at the Hope Haven Ertz Group Home in Burlington. Molly enjoyed good food, soft music and being outside in the warm sunshine.

Funeral services will be held in Prugh's Chapel, Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Bruce DeRammelaere will officiate. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends in Prugh's Chapel on Tuesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.

Memorials have been established for Hope Haven Area Development Center, Great River Hospice House and the Special Needs Foundation.
