Barbara Prugh, 62, of Waterloo, died Friday, October 11, 2013 at Allen Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born July 17, 1951 in Waterloo the daughter of Marvin and Louise Walker Prugh.
She was currently working in Shipping and Receiving at Ferguson's Plumbing Supply Company where she has worked the last eight years, and had previously worked at Berkley currently Pure Fishing in Spirit Lake.
Survived by: her mother, Louise Prugh of Waterloo; one son, Shawn (Renee) Prugh of Waverly; one daughter, Janelle (Justin) Frost of La Porte City; six grandchildren, Gracie, Bristol, Lange, Jonathon, Kristen and Justin; four brothers, Gary Prugh of Russia, Terry, Bob, and Brian Prugh all of Waterloo; three sisters, Marlys Byers of Waterloo, Paula Hoyer of Waterloo and Denise (Jerry) Bond of Denver.
Preceded in death by: her father, Marvin Prugh and two brothers, Dennis and Alan Prugh.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Kearns Funeral Service Kimball Chapel with burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and also one hour before the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
