In his spare time, Tudo loved to golf. He would golf 2 to 3 times a week, and especially on Friday night with his beloved wife, Donna at Collins Park Golf Course. They also enjoyed gardening and making salsa every year.
He was devoted to his family and friends. Tudo took great pride in coaching his son's baseball and football teams and his sister's softball teams. Tudo was an avid Steelers and Wolverines football fan. He was an excellent card player, who enjoyed playing, euchre, cribbage and poker with his friends. But he was best known for helping anyone in need and those that knew him count themselves blessed to have had the chance to have met him.
Tudo is survived by his
loving wife, Donna Quiroga; children, Bret, David, Keyne, Tiffany, and Ian; grandchildren, Elena, Analise, and Lilly; mother, Pauline Quiroga; siblings, Anita, Isreal, Carlos, Andres, Elsa, Alisa, Raul Jr., Orlando, Belinda, Carmina; many nieces, nephews, and cousins, and many, many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Raul Quiroga, and brother, Noel.
A memorial gathering will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S Wynn Rd., Oregon on Friday, October 4, 2013, from 4-8 p.m., where memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Burial will be private. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a donor of their choice.
