Lorraine Shine was born on June 25, 1936. She married Cornelius H. Ram in June, 1954 and they had six children. As s Marine Corps wife, she iived in over 10 different places until the age of 35. Major Ram was killed in Vietnam in 1971. In 1973, she married Walter Kane, at which point they had a total of nine children. She was a beautiful person, a beloved mother to her children and a devoted daughter to her parents, Christine and Philip Devaney until the day of her death in 1984. She is still greatly missed.
