Donna Randall, 69, passed away in Burien, Washington on August 16, 2014. Born March 11, 1945 in Rochester, Pennsylvania to Thomas and Martha Mooney, she was the youngest of five children, including William, Marilyn, Thelma and Robert. Donna grew up in Pennsylvania and attended college in Indiana before moving to Illinois where she started a family with former husband, George Randall.
They moved to the Pacific Northwest and Donna lived in Vancouver, Washington for over 20 years. She later relocated to Seattle, Washington near her eldest daughter, Lori, after being diagnosed with Pick's disease and lived at Shorewood Adult Family Home under the care and with the kindness of Ilaise Folau and her staff.
Donna found joy in caring for her family and others. Cooking, painting, and crochet were hobbies. She enjoyed being a homemaker and her time working in the cafeteria at schools in the Vancouver, Washington area. Donna was a longtime member at Columbia Presbyterian Church in Vancouver, Washington.
She is survived by her children, Lori Randall, Peter Randall, and Christine Gamache; Christine's children, Kaitlin, Paige, Gavin and Brooklyn; as well as her sisters, Marilyn Bazley and Thelma Santee.
A service was held on September 5, 2014 for her interment at Greenwood Memorial Park in San Diego, California near her eldest sister.
