14 Jul 2006: Margaret R. (Raynes) Bossler, 83, Elizabethtown, died Thursday, July 13, 2006, at Masonic Village. She was born September 17, 1922, in Hummelstown, daughter of the late Jacob and Lena West Raynes. She retired from Hershey Foods, after 35 years, from the wrapping room. She was of the Lutheran faith; was an avid camper and formerly a member of Palmyra Chapter #402 Order of the Eastern Star, Palm Squares Dancing Club in Palmyra, and Palmyra Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert T. Bossler. Margaret is survived by her daughter Diane wife of Ronald Basore; son Craig E., husband of Bernice Bossler, both of Palmyra; her sisters, Joanne Ginder of Palmyra, and Geri Kinsey of Oberlin; brother Jacob Raynes of Rutherford; and sister Eleanor Rhoads of Palmyra. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Service at Rothermel Funeral Home, Palmyra, Monday, July 17, Rev. Samuel D. Fry officiating. Burial in Gravel Hill Cemetery.
