30 Jul 2007: Shirley R. Dissinger, 75, Highspire, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Harrisburg Hospital. Born in Steelton, she was the daughter of the late Melvin and Maggie (Brown) Reeves. She was the wife of the late Paul L. Dissinger who died in 2000. Shirley and her husband Paul were the owners and operators of the former Dissinger Family Affair Restaurant in Camp Hill. Shirley was a member of Capital Baptist Church of Harrisburg. She had a giving spirit, and enjoyed cooking; making sure who ever arrived at her house had plenty to eat. Shirley enjoyed collecting cookbooks, and was very proud of her children and grandchildren, and was affectionately known as "MA". Surviving are daughters Brenda wife of Peter Ryneski of Highspire, Paula wife of Joseph Lamm of Cumming, GA, Pamela wife of Ronald Snavely of Painted Post, NY; and 9 grandchildren.
