In Taunton, June 17, 2014 Ethel M. Dodenhoff Age 80, passed away Tuesday evening at the Taunton Nursing Home following a lengthy illness. Born in Taunton, the daughter of the late Phillip J. Reilly and Beatrice E. (Mallette) Reilly. She had lived in this community most of her life and was educated at St. Mary’s primary and St. Mary High School. Mrs. Dodenhoff was employed for many years at Morton Hospital and in the Raynham public school system. Her favorite interest included cooking, needlework, and oil painting. She was a member of the Taunton Jaycee-ettes and she volunteered at Our Daily Bread at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Taunton. Surviving Mrs. Dodenhoff are her three sons, Eric of Freetown, Karl of North Dighton, William of Taunton and her daughter Valerie Lawson of Robbinston, ME. Also surviving is her sister Marie Pacheco of Taunton. She also leaves her grandchildren Colleen Patterson, Amy and William Dodenhoff, Susan and Gabriel Dodenhoff, her step grandchildren Bethany Villafranca, Challis Crema, Kieran O’Neil, her great grandchildren Liam Lawson, Riley Patterson, Connor, Elena and Thomas Villafranca and Molly Crema and great grandchildren Adrian and Henry Martin. A graveside service will be held at the Bourne National Cemetery in Bourne, MA
