She was born in Dolgeville, daughter of Amos and Sadie Vickers Reinhardt and attended school in Dolgeville.
She graduated from the Utica School of Commerce.
In 1939 she was married to Frederick Potter in Pennsylvania. He died in 1951.
Mrs. Potter has lived in Utica since 1962.
She had been employed by the Horrocks Ibbotson Co.
Mrs. Potter was a Universalist.
She leaves a brother, Harold Reinhardt, Herkimer.
Cremation in Waterville Cemetery.
